After finishing his education, Acharya founded Lal Sahu Distribution in Singapore that quickly established itself as a leader in the IT distribution industry. He established LSD with his vision to create a company that could effectively distribute IT products across the region and could meet the growing demand for technology solutions. Acharya led Lal Sahu Distribution exceptionally and helped it to expand its operations on international platforms which resulted in LSD becoming a major player in the global IT distribution market.
Smart Axiata Transformers Cambodian Telecommunications
Acharya took a brave move when he entered the telecommunication business in 2009 and started Smart Axiata in Cambodia. He had a major goal to build a telecommunications company that could keep up with the region’s growing need for mobile connection. Under his leadership at Smart Axiata, Acharya quickly made Smart Axiata the biggest telecom company in Cambodia and proved that he could spot and take advantage of emerging trends.
